1.1产品概述

智能电网的蓬勃发展，需要越来越多的数据量支持，光纤作为一个稳定高质量的通讯媒介而被广泛的运用；但光纤材质有一定的局限性，光纤连接通常采用熔接的方法，需要专用熔接设备和专业人员操作；熔接耗时长；熔接部位所需的存储和保护空间大，且管理复杂。而预制光缆具有结构简单，徒手安装，盲配连接，安全可靠，耗时少，占空间小，使用寿命长等优点，增加少量投资就可以大幅度缩短施工周期，提高智能变电站的抗故障能力，于是预制光缆得到市场的亲赖。主要应用于：室外通信设备，智能变电站、室外恶劣环境下光纤通信、拉远通信基站、军用通信设备、铁路信号控制、矿井等恶劣环境。

1.3预制光缆分为插头光缆组件和插座光缆组件

插头光缆蛆件：主要由插头、室外光缆和其他辅助材料蛆成，插头通过附件和室外光缆蛆合在一起，适应户内外敷设。

芯数主要为 4、8. 12 ,可根据实际需求定制。
